Condos for sale in Tijuana

Condos in Tijuana cluster in three kinds of places: towers and mid-rise buildings in and around Zona Río, close to offices, restaurants and the San Ysidro port of entry; oceanfront developments in Playas de Tijuana; and newer complexes in the city's growing districts. This page gathers the condos for sale from our own inventory, each priced in Mexican pesos with an approximate US dollar equivalent.

A condo comes with shared rules. Before you buy, we go through the condominium regime with you, the building rules, the maintenance fees and whether they are paid up, the assigned parking spaces and storage, and the condition of the common areas.

If you are buying a pre-construction unit, ask for the building permits, a written delivery date and what happens if it is late. Our in-house legal office reviews those documents and the contract before you pay anything, and payments always go to the developer's company account, the notary or the trust bank, never to a personal account.

Foreign buyers hold a condo in Tijuana through a Mexican bank trust (fideicomiso). If you live outside Mexico, we arrange video tours and can guide you through every signature remotely.
