Real estate adhesion contract
Before we work with you, we sign an agreement that sets out what we will do, for how long and what we charge. Here is what it contains and how to read it.

What it is
It is the agreement under which you engage us to offer, sell or rent out a property, or to find one for you, and which sets our obligations and fees. Mexico’s official standard NOM-247-SE-2021 requires brokers to use a standard adhesion contract registered with PROFECO.

- The parties and the property or search concerned.
- The services we will provide and how we will report progress to you.
- The fees, when they are due and who pays them.
- The term of the agreement and whether it is exclusive.
- How the agreement ends and what happens to offers in progress.
- How your personal data is handled and how to file complaints.

The PROFECO registration number of our standard adhesion contract will be published on this page as soon as it is available.
You can request the standard adhesion contract at info@marquezrealtygroup.com and we will send it to you to read at your own pace before signing.
We always give you a signed copy of the agreement. The Spanish version is the binding one; we will walk you through it in English.
