Does it cost anything to join?
No. Joining is free: we earn together when a deal closes.
How is the commission split?
The percentage of each deal is agreed in writing in the agreement we sign before sharing listings or clients. If this page shows a commission for partners, that is the starting point.
Do I need a real estate license?
In Baja California, state law reserves the title of professional real estate agent to state license holders. If you have one, enter your registry number in the form; if not, tell us about your situation and we will go over it with you.
Can I keep working under my own brand?
Yes. Agencies, independent agents and brokers keep their brand and their clients. External agents work under the office’s brand.

What do you do with my data?
