Accessibility statement

Our goal

We design this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, and we check it with automated tools and manual testing.

What we have done

• The whole site works with a keyboard, with a skip-to-content link and a visible focus indicator.
• Sufficient color contrast between text and background, and text that can be enlarged without losing content.
• Ordered headings, labeled page regions and text alternatives for images.
• Buttons and links at least 44 pixels in size so they are easy to tap.
• Forms with visible labels and errors announced to screen readers.
• Respect for your system’s reduced-motion setting.
• The contact bar and the cookie notice never cover the element that has focus.

Known limitations

• Some property photos have a generic description (property type, area and photo number) rather than a detailed one.
• Maps are provided by Google and their accessibility depends on that service; locations are also given in text.
• Some English and French property descriptions are machine translations not yet reviewed, and are labeled as such.
• Third-party PDF documents may not be accessible.
