We help families, investors and companies buy, sell and rent in Baja California with clear information and reviewed paperwork, whether they are in Tijuana or across the border.
Who we are
We know the whole city, not just the coast
Márquez Realty Group works from Zona Río, Tijuana's business district, a few minutes from the San Ysidro port of entry. We handle transactions in Tijuana, Rosarito, Ensenada, Valle de Guadalupe and Tecate: houses and condos to live in, land, retail space, offices and industrial buildings.
Many of our clients live in the United States or elsewhere. Some are Mexicans who want to come back or invest at home; others discover Baja California for its climate, its coastline or its closeness to San Diego. We walk every client through the whole process before they decide, and we stay with them until the closing before a Mexican notary.
For the local market we also run marquezrealtygroup.mx. This site is for people who buy, sell or invest from outside Tijuana, in English, Spanish and French.
How we work
Rules we follow on every transaction
Buying property in another country, or from far away, takes trust. These rules do not change:
- We only list properties with the owner's signed authorization.
- Our in-house legal office reviews deeds, liens, property tax and condominium rules before anything is signed.
- We do not accept cash. Payments go to the notary, the trust bank or the seller's company account, always with a receipt.
- We will never ask you to wire money to a personal account.
- The price of record is the one on the listing, in its own currency; conversions show the date of the exchange rate.
- We do not promise returns or appreciation: we give you the information so you can decide.
